Chris,

There are 21 Dark Stars that have never shown up in circulation - The most mysterious of all is the Buffalo 3/17/70 w/ Buffalo symphony orchestra.

There are no known tapes of this performance but I had read a few eye witness stories before.

This is one of the most myterious shows in Dead history and there are very few details. Would make a great research project!! Seems to be people on both sides of this one.

Happened / Never Happened?????

Never happened. See my response in that thread for details.

Still--remember how D.S. often came from an acoustic Mountains of the Moon? The lead in jamming was sweet. Wonder what it would have sounded like if they kept going on acoustically into D.S.
